Leadership and Governance
How PIDA’s Board, Advisory Board and operational team provide oversight and programme leadership.
Accountable leadership
Governance designed to protect mission and resources
PIDA is governed by an independent Board of Directors responsible for organisational oversight, approval of budgets and workplans, proper accounting records and ensuring that organisational assets are used exclusively in furtherance of PIDA’s charitable purpose.
Board of Directors
The Board provides fiduciary and strategic oversight and maintains regular contact with the operational team. PIDA’s profile describes the Board as strongly women-led and committed to diverse, inclusive leadership. Exact current composition will be published after formal verification.
Advisory Board
A five-member Advisory Board of senior citizens supports strategic orientation, provides studies and expertise, offers informed opinions on organisational direction and monitors programme implementation and resource allocation.
Operational leadership
The day-to-day team is led by Founder, Chairman and Executive Director Jude Lambda and includes functions covering advocacy, community engagement, programme delivery, quality and compliance, finance and administration, and ICT support.
Accountability documents
Approved safeguarding, child-protection, complaints, anti-fraud, privacy and financial-accountability documents will be published in the News and Resources section as they become available.
